Volcano, Hawaii. Mari and I came to Volcano for some monster hikes and got what we asked for! The viewing of the surface flows of lava were WAY COOL (actually, they were WAY HOT!). Plus, the hike out to Pu'u O'o was great in spite of Pele getting back at Mari by wrenching her knee for disrupting her mana as she seems to do every other trip - Pele that is; not Mari. Mari learned her lesson. I guess Pele just wants to make sure she doesn't forget.
